1. Introduction
PQG LLC, doing business as estable.cloud ("Company", "we", "us"), provides a hosted business platform built on Odoo Enterprise ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your choices. It applies to our websites and the Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. For personal data you load into your own instance, see "Customer Data" below — for that data we act as a processor on your behalf.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information. When you sign up, including via Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email address, and the subdomain and company name you choose.
- Billing information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as the last digits and brand of your card, and billing status); we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used for security and to operate the Service.
- Support communications. Information you provide when you contact us.
- Customer Data. The data you and your users enter into your Odoo instance (for example, your contacts, sales, and documents). This is yours; we process it only to provide the Service (see Section 4).
3. How We Use Information
- To create, provision, operate, and maintain your instance and the Service;
- To process payments and manage your subscription;
- To provide support and respond to your requests;
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law;
- To send service-related messages (such as account, billing, and security notices), and, with your consent where required, occasional product updates;
- To improve the Service, including through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
4. Customer Data and Our Role
For the data you place in your instance, you are the controller and we are a processor acting on your instructions to host and operate the Service. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it for our own purposes beyond operating, securing, backing up, and supporting the Service. Where required, we make a Data Processing Addendum available. You may request an export of your data while your subscription is active.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the cart and checkout, and limited analytics to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may affect functionality.
6. How We Share Information and Subprocessors
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service, with vetted providers acting on our behalf:
- Hosting: DigitalOcean (cloud infrastructure).
- Payments: Stripe (subscription billing).
- Authentication: Google (Sign-In), if you choose it.
- AI and messaging features (only if you enable them): providers such as OpenAI, Google, and Meta, to deliver the specific feature you turn on.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with continued protection under this Policy). A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
7. Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, isolation of each customer's instance, access controls, and routine backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to incidents.
8. Data Retention
We retain account and Customer Data while your subscription is active. After cancellation or termination, we keep your instance for a limited retention window to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted; backups age out under our standard rotation. We retain certain records (such as billing) as required by law.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@estable.cloud. For Customer Data held in your instance, you can typically act directly within your Odoo instance or ask us for assistance. We will respond as required by applicable law.
10. International Data Transfers
We host the Service on cloud infrastructure and, for customers in the United States, use a United States region by default. The Company operates and provides support from Nicaragua, so your information may be accessed or processed there in the course of operating and supporting the Service. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers, which we carry out with appropriate safeguards.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting the updated Policy with a new date or by email). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
